Starting in February, we offer an online retreat day every second Saturday of the month!
Look forward to taking a day off, pausing and strengthening your mindfulness. Our aim is to give you the opportunity to press pause and allow yourself some time out. With the help of our unique meditations, breathing techniques and relaxation methods led by certified meditation teachers, you will not only do something good for yourself for the moment, but also take a lot away from this day.
With regular practice you can sustainably cultivate mental health, increase your well-being and train your consciousness to be more mindful. All, beginners as well as advanced practitioners, are welcome and can gain many instructive impressions and experiences on our retreat days.
