WHO WE ARE

Our team consists of more than ten people, most of whom are psychologists and certified yoga instructors. Our academic psychology education as well as our practical experience with mindfulness allows us to combine the traditional aspects of mindfulness with the scientific ones. We translate authentic methods of meditation and mindfulness into our modern terms to clearly teach them to individuals with a modern lifestyle.
