The workshop with Mindfulife was a great experience, something completely different. Afterwards I was completely relaxed and I'm sure most of the participants felt the same way.
The psychologists from Mindfulife have greatly enriched our meeting! Thus have
in a series of mindfulness and group exercises and meditations, they guided the participants to reflect on their inner attitudes to the topic of digitization. They patiently and authentically accompanied these processes, supported them with the results of scientific studies and, last but not least, humorously lightened the mood with a joke or two. Very inspiring and highly recommended for both large conferences and small teams!
The weekend gave a great insight into different meditation techniques and allowed me to leave pent-up feelings and emotions behind. This encourages me to practice meditation in my daily life as well.
